1. Scope and who we are
we&robot PTE LTD ("Sogni," "we," "our," or "us") provides the Sogni services. This Privacy Policy applies to personal data we handle through Sogni-branded apps, websites, APIs, SDKs, Worker software, support channels, and community-powered network features (collectively, the "Services").
This policy does not govern independent third-party services, model providers, app stores, payment providers, blockchains, or websites that publish their own privacy notices. Their policies apply to their handling of your data.
2. Data we collect
The data we collect depends on which Services you use and may include:
- Account and contact data: email address, display name, account and wallet identifiers, authentication records, preferences, and eligibility details.
- Billing and transaction data: plan, purchase, subscription, invoice, refund, dispute, billing-consent, and transaction identifiers. Payment providers process your payment credentials; we generally do not receive full card numbers.
- Content and project data: prompts, uploaded inputs, generated outputs, project settings, model selections, and related metadata needed to provide the Services.
- Usage and device data: product interactions, generation and compute usage, logs, timestamps, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, browser, device, operating system, referral source, cookies, and similar technologies.
- Worker and network data: Worker identifiers, capabilities, availability, job and performance records, wallet addresses, rewards, and network activity when you participate as a Worker or use community-powered rendering.
- Communications: support requests, survey responses, feedback, and messages you send to us through email or official community channels.
- Public blockchain data: wallet addresses and transactions recorded on public blockchains. Public blockchain records may be permanent and outside our control.
We receive data directly from you, automatically through the Services, and from service providers such as identity, payment, app-store, analytics, fraud-prevention, and infrastructure providers.
3. How we use data
We use personal data for reasonable business and legal purposes, including to:
- provide, operate, personalize, and improve the Services;
- create and secure accounts, authenticate users, and maintain preferences;
- process generations, purchases, subscriptions, rewards, and payments;
- provide support and send transactional or service communications;
- measure reliability, capacity, product performance, and feature adoption;
- detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, duplicate accounts, security incidents, payment disputes, and violations of our Terms;
- comply with law, enforce agreements, and protect users, Sogni, and others; and
- send marketing communications where permitted, subject to your communication choices.
Where a law requires a legal basis, our bases may include performing a contract with you, our legitimate interests, your consent, and compliance with legal obligations. We do not use consent as a condition for processing that is not reasonably necessary to provide the requested Service.
5. International transfers
Sogni and its service providers operate internationally. Your data may be processed outside your country, including in countries with different data-protection laws. We use measures intended to provide a standard of protection comparable to applicable requirements, such as contractual safeguards and appropriate vendor reviews.
6. Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes in this policy, including to provide the Services, maintain transaction and consent evidence, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, and meet legal, accounting, and reporting obligations. Retention periods vary by data type and context. We delete or de-identify data when it is no longer needed, unless retention is required or permitted by law.
Public blockchain data and data already disclosed to independent third parties may not be deletable by us.
7. Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, alteration, and loss. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your credentials, devices, and wallet access.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:
- request access to or correction of personal data we hold about you;
- request deletion, restriction, objection, or portability where applicable;
- withdraw consent, subject to reasonable notice and lawful exceptions; and
- complain to an applicable data-protection authority.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the message. Essential service and transaction messages may continue. Browser settings and our cookie controls let you manage non-essential cookies where available.
To make a privacy request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity and may decline or limit a request where permitted by law. Withdrawing consent may prevent us from continuing to provide a feature that depends on that processing.
9. Children
The Services are not directed to anyone under 18, and you must be at least 18 or the legal age required to enter into our Terms in your jurisdiction. If you believe a minor has provided us personal data in violation of this requirement, contact us.
10. Policy changes
We may update this policy prospectively as our Services or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy with its effective date and provide additional notice when required by law. Material changes do not retroactively alter how we handled data before the new effective date.
