Vibe-coded application development and agentic use are allowed and encouraged, but multi-user production applications and workloads with continuous, 24/7 demand are not fair use and may be terminated. Users who violate these rules or act in bad faith will have their access terminated and will be banned from future use of the Sogni platform. Capacity, queue, and abuse-prevention controls also apply, including unpublished daily fair-use throughput tiers that adjust with GPU supply and network demand. Paid plans include a daily fair-use capacity on the Fast network: reaching it pauses Fast plan rendering until your capacity resets 24 hours later, on your own plan schedule, while Relaxed rendering stays unlimited and Premium Spark is unaffected. Available concurrency also steps down as an account crosses each higher usage threshold. Your current standing is always visible as a percentage at app.sogni.ai/usage. Standard MiniMax H3 sees the most dynamic throttling because of demand, but fewer than 10% of Unlimited subscribers currently experience a fair-use over-usage slowdown. Within each priority class, renders favor accounts with the least usage that UTC day. Premium Spark and SOGNI pay-as-you-go jobs receive priority over subscription jobs, and Unlimited Pro receives priority over Unlimited.

Yes. My LoRAs, at the top of the LoRA explorer, is an Unlimited and Unlimited Pro benefit. Paste a public Hugging Face .safetensors file or a specific Civitai version link, name it, and confirm you have permission to use it. Every import is checked and reviewed for compatibility, and you can follow it from Waiting to import through to Ready or Not supported. Ready LoRAs appear beside the catalog for Krea 2, Qwen Image Edit 2511, and MiniMax H3, and an import is offered across the model's whole family — Turbo, Balanced, and base, and text-to-video, image-to-video, and first/last frame. You can stack several of your own LoRAs together and alongside catalog LoRAs, up to the usual limit of 8 in a generation. Files can be up to 700 MB, with 20 in your library and 5 imports a day. Private, paid, and gated files are not supported.

Creative Agent and API access are included. The generations it dispatches are covered when it uses supported open-source models. If a workflow uses a model marked Premium, that model's separate Premium Spark pricing applies. Individual creators can keep substantial queues moving throughout the day; use the Sogni Creative Agent Skill for Claude, Codex, and Hermes for automated creative workflows. Unattended continuous 24/7 infrastructure and multi-user production workloads are not fair use.

We check that your card works and can cover the selected plan using a temporary hold, like a hotel or gas station. The hold is for the selected plan's payment amount, including the full annual amount for annual billing. Before continuing to Stripe, you see the exact amount, check an authorization box, and choose Accept & continue to Stripe. Choose Cancel trial setup to abandon setup without requesting the hold or starting a trial. Stripe also asks you to accept the hold disclosure at checkout.

Your bank may show SOGNI* NO CHARGE (wording may vary). Sogni never collects this verification hold or turns it into a payment. We request release immediately after the check, but your bank may take a few business days to remove the pending item and restore the available balance.

We email you after the attempt with the amount, expected bank description, result, and release status. Some banks call an authorization a "charge" or ask you to approve it. You can approve a recognized Sogni verification request for the amount shown; that does not turn it into a payment. Approving an earlier alert alone may not complete trial setup. In Sogni Wallet, choose Update Plan, then Downgrade to Free. Review what changes, then continue to your billing provider to confirm. Downgrade a Stripe/web trial before it ends to avoid the first subscription charge; your trial access continues until its original end date. For an active paid plan, access continues until the date shown by the billing provider. Apple and Google Play subscriptions follow the store's cancellation terms. Crypto-paid plans have nothing to cancel — they are prepaid and never renew, so access simply ends on your paid-through date.
